Vehicle return procedure.
You can arrange the return of your vehicle to us by contacting us within fourteen days of delivery provided that it hasn't been driven more than 30 miles beyond the mileage recorded on the delivery note and is in the same condition as we delivered to you.
Once you have notified us of your request to return, we will arrange for collection of the car and advise you of a proposed collection date shortly afterwards.
You will receive a full refund (less any charges detailed below, where applicable) once the car is on-site.
What are the charges for returning a car?
Most customers jump straight into their new vehicle to take it for a spin as it's the best way of getting to know your car. Every car has a test drive allowance of thirty miles. Beyond this, we do charge for the use of the vehicle if you decide to return it.
The charges cover any decrease in the car's value and any work required to return it to the retail standard. We charge 40p for every mile beyond the initial 30 miles. If the vehicle is not returned clean, then a valet charge of £45+VAT will apply, and if you don't replace the fuel used, then a charge of £50+VAT also applies.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return delivery cost equal to the delivery charge.
Your reservation deposit is non-refundable under the conditions of our Reservation Service.
How long will my refund take?
If you are returning a car, we aim to make refunds upon receipt, provided all supplied paperwork, invoices, service books, keys, car manuals,
Sat-Nav sim cards and accessories are present with the vehicle.
Please allow up to 3 - 5 working days for funds to clear.
For security reasons we can only make refunds via the original payment method you used.
